Need a good mixture of dried mushrooms for a dish? This blend contains sliced shiitake, morels, oyster, porcini, lobster, hedgehog and chanterelles! Simply add what you need to a pot, cover with water and heat to a boil. Remove mushrooms and allow to cool, then chop and throw back into the boiling soak pan. Allow the fluid to evaporate and add oil or butter as soon as the pan starts to dry. When cooked or browned add to your favorite dish!
