Hi, I’m Mindy. I work in customer service and will likely be the first person you will reach when you contact Mushroom Mountain. I’m originally from New Jersey and moved to South Carolina in 2008. I have four children and enjoy riding motorcycles, reading, hiking, and spending time with my kids. Since working at Mushroom Mountain, my knowledge and interest in mushrooms has grown. I recently tried Chicken of the Woods for the first time, and I am in love! I am excited to keep meeting new mushrooms and helping others do the same. Mindy Johnson
